HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. After a bumpy start in an ensuite cabin in 40° heat.. The new managers have been more than accommodating , AMAZING to say the least .. doing everything they can to make our stay comfortable & doing their best .. the park / sites are clean & well kept. We have never faulted our stay.. pool is always clean, playground is a treat.. the walk to the river to do a spot of fishing is perfect, very well priced & to say the least the riverfront cabins are SUPERB . We will be back very soon. Thanks so much

We stayed over the Christmas new year period and it was absolutely amazing! The fact we were able to bring our dogs was the best! The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The park was awesome and the kids loved meeting other kids around the park. We will definitely stay again!

We came up because I won the $200 river revival voucher. Expectations were low as Wakerie wasn’t high on my radar. I’m pleased to say Wakerie and the caravan park far exceeded our expectations. We hired one of the 3-bedroom luxury river …

Recently had the pleasure of staying here while visiting Waikerie for a Birthday event. Cabins were very clean and tidy and pretty well equipped with everything you would need. price per night for the cabin was very competitive, would highly recommend.

We stayed on powered site for 10 days. Amenities are a credit to the girls that do them. Little touch like providing bath mat. The grounds and pool are a credit to the guys that do them also. They work hard for us travellers. Park staff sooo friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here In 4/5 years and it's the same if not better. There's nothing like being right by The mighty Murray River. Well done guys and gals.

Nice grassy sites, nice pool and amenities. The staff were really accommodating letting us take up two sites as we were too big for the grassy sites. The town is very cute and the cliff top walk is really nice. Would highly recommend. Thanks :)

We stayed for two nights in a spacious cabin with a well-equipped kitchen, two queen-size beds, and a large bathroom. The place looked clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We mainly used the outside BBQ, which was easier to clean and thoroughly cleaned by the staff every morning. Overall, we had a good holiday here. The only thing I didn't like was the toilet seat. Since this cabin was designed for disabled people, for a non-disabled person, using it for urination required holding the seat up, as it tended to fall back down. There was nothing to keep the seat up. Apart from this one annoying feature, my overall experience was good.

One of the best caravan parks on the river. Staff at desk always nice and helpful. Amenities always up to date and clean. Sites are up kept well and the cabins are always a nice stay. Definitely recommend staying here.
